I understand that, in some cases, Valon Affiliates and/or their service providers may need to verify my identity or information with third parties, including credit bureaus, and I authorize Valon Affiliates and/or their service providers to make soft inquiries to one or more credit bureaus to obtain credit information about me for the purpose of providing providing insurance, lending, and other financial services and products.
