Power the future of homeownership with modern servicing technology
We’re on a mission to empower every homeowner. We believe the journey of homeownership starts when you get your keys, but lasts far beyond. We’re creating a world where homeownership comes with ease, security, and financial know-how.
We’re disrupting the industry’s status quo
Today, the mortgage industry is limited by legacy technology that was developed before the 2008 Great Financial Crisis. These systems were not architected with regulatory complexity and change in mind. The result has been decades of insurmountable technical debt—ultimately, leading to high costs to service and a poor homeowner experience.
The key to solving this problem is great software. Valon is building the first modern servicing platform in decades, which will help stakeholders win on all fronts: significantly lowering costs, strengthening relationships with the consumer for cross-sell opportunities, and reducing compliance risk.
One System
Our proprietary, fully integrated, end-to-end servicing system is built entirely in-house on a modern tech stack, which means we have one system and one source of truth. This allows for more accurate data and enables a high level of automation across the system, driving down servicing costs.
System Compliance
We build compliance by default with carefully designed workflows, built-in process controls, and continuous monitoring. Our modular and flexible service-oriented architecture allows us to develop, test, and launch quickly in response to regulatory changes and differing investor requirements.
Homeowner Experience
We are constantly looking for ways to better serve the homeowners on our platform. Whether it’s streamlining a customer inquiry, providing better transparency, or saving them money on their next property insurance policy, Valon is always homeowner-first. We believe that in the long run, this is a win-win for all involved.
“Valon is leading the evolution of mortgage servicing for consumers, originators, and investors. Most importantly for homeowners, they transform an antiquated experience that, at best, allows homeowners to make payments (while often charging unexpected fees) to a trusted, software-driven advisor to ensure that you, as a homeowner, are presented with the best financial options in good times and bad. ”
